Academy Squad
Our Academy Squad represents the highest level within the Street 2 Pro structure. Players in this group are considered top-level prospects and receive elite coaching, access to strength & conditioning support, video analysis, and regular competitive fixtures against top opposition. Academy Squad players are also placed on professional development pathways, with opportunities to be scouted or trial with professional clubs.
Key focus: Elite development, professional opportunities, and full player support.
Pre-Academy
The Pre-Academy is the foundation of our pathway, introducing young players to the game in a fun, engaging, and development-focused environment. Sessions are built around movement, coordination, ball mastery, and developing a love for football.
Our aim is to build strong technical foundations while encouraging creativity, confidence, and positive attitudes on and off the pitch.
Key focus: Fun, fundamentals, early technical development, and fostering a love for the game.
Shadow Squad
The Shadow Squad is a stepping stone between our Development Centres and full Academy status. This group includes players who have been identified as having strong potential and are closely monitored by our coaching team. Shadow Squad players train at a higher intensity and may be given opportunities to play in competitive fixtures, attend showcase events, and receive more detailed feedback.
Key focus: Bridging the gap to academy-level football, advanced training, and increased exposure.
Development Centres
Our Development Centres are the entry point to the Street 2 Pro pathway. Open to players of all abilities, these weekly sessions focus on improving core skills, game understanding, and confidence in a fun, positive environment.
Players are regularly assessed, and those who show outstanding potential may be invited to progress to the next stage of the pathway.
Key focus: Skill development, enjoyment, learning the game.
